The Doctors for Visual Freedom believes everyone deserves good vision. They encourage patients not satisfied with their sight to seek eye enhancement though Lasik surgery. Dr. Golden has performed numerous successful surgeries on other eye doctors, family, pilots and malpractice attorneys. He enjoys making his patients feel at ease prior to surgery and the feelings of excitement and gratitude his patient's have after their refractive procedure.

Coming from a long line of ophthalmology family, Dr. Golden joined the family practice in 1988, specializing in Cataract surgery while attending courses on Lasik surgery. Shortly after completing the required courses for Refractive surgery he opened up his Lasik pratice Chicago, Illinois.

Being a member of the American Society of Cataract and Refractive Surgery (ASCRS), Dr. Golden has lectured at a variety of Ophthalmology, and Optometry meetings and has trained numerous doctors both nationally and internationally, in Lasik surgery procedures.
